- Advertised calling durations apply to calls originating and terminating in the continental US, unless otherwise stated.
- Time may be added to the cards by caller, using a valid credit card.
- Cards may used from Canada, Puerto Rico, and the USVI for varying durations less than US originating calls.
- All US originating calls are subject to the FCC mandated pay phone fee, which equals about two minutes of calling time per call. No other fees apply to cards.
- Long distance taxes included in price.
- No charge for set up. Design fee may apply depending on complexity of artwork. Camera-ready artwork is accepted without fee.
