As an agent/broker, DC Network has access to the major networks of AT&T, MCI WorldCom, and Sprint. The formula is simple; the big carriers handle the call traffic and DC Network provides the customer care.

Rather than allow its clients to deal with the oftentimes impersonal treatment of the large companies, with their elaborate automated attendents, DC Network chooses to be the first line of contact for its customers. In this way, the customer is saved from the maze of the auto attendent and will usually speak to a live person on the first call.

Whether the customer is a small residential account or a large commercial account, the treatment is the same. In fact, customer service is so good that DC Network has grown largely as a result of referrals from satisfied customers.

DC Network has always provided the lowest possible domestic rates, but their international service boasts some of the best outbound rates ever offered to other countries. When most other companies were charging peak and off-peak rates, DC Network had flat rates (24/7), which were better than most off-peak rates of the other carriers.
